HAND-TO-HAND Fighting IS PART OF THE RUSSIAN CULTURE. IT PROMOTES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, ATTRACTS YOUNG PEOPLE TO SPORT, STRENGTHENS FRIENDLY TIES BETWEEN ATHLETES FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND SERVES AS A CALLING CARD OF THE RUSSIAN ARMY. EVEN NOW, IN AN ERA OF PREDOMINANCE OF FIREARMS, IT OFTEN BECOMES THE FINAL AND DECISIVE ARGUMENT CAPABLE OF REVERSING THE COURSE OF ANY BATTLE.
